RETURNS

To exchange or return an item please post to Boho & Blyth, 58 Thoroughfare, Halesworth, Suffolk IP19 8AR.

Please include your full name and the order number and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like to exchange the item please state the size and colour you require.

Please note returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with the tag in place. 

Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved for a refund we will refund to the payment method you used on purchase. A credit to your account will be received within a number of days depending on your card issuer’s policy.

 SHIPPING

When returning items you are responsible for any shipping costs involved. If the item is faulty we will reimburse the shipping cost.
